- Provide a summary of financial expectations for the next 12 months and future plans for the business
- Provide details of the business’s corporate social responsibility and equality diversity and social inclusion policies and objectives

Awarded to an outstanding charitable foundation which has had a positive and lasting impact for the public good. Judges will look at the social impact and strategic longevity of the organisation.

- Provide details of how the organisation supports the community and/or provides cultural support for the West Midlands region
